When Im driving my truck it makes this whime that get so loud sometimes I dont know what to do. I had the rear end fluid changed and it only got louder is only when im pushing on the gas if I let off it will quit. PLEASE some one help. I wanna get this fixed ASAP

It is the set up in the rear differential. The gear tooth contact pattern is out, it may be able to be reset but probably not. The gears sometimes take to that pattern and the only way to get rid of it is to replace the gears.

Go with 3.9s if you do have to replace them as the 4.10s with a manual is to much.

I took my 2000 CC 3.9 to the dealer this past Monday to have it checked for the same 'whine' coming from the rear diff. They replaced the gears and now it is quite once again :-) I'd suggest bringing it to the dealer if you are still under warranty. If they can hear the whine they should fix it without any questions.
