adjustment cable for the transmission that is suppose to be on the throttlebody?
I have looked on my 98 Dak for an adjustable cable and I can't find anything that is connected to the throttle body that even look remotely adjustable. Is the cable even on the throttle body or is this adjustment made at the transmission.
Not happy with the shift of the automatic tranny.

Its on the right side of the throttle body, assuming you still have v6 tb on it. there is a white clip (on mine it was) on the back side of the bracket, took it loose, slid cable housing back some, then clipped it back on.

Okay, I found the cable where it attaches to the throttle body not I am not clear on this adjustment. I had the air hot off, took the air intake hose off and sat there for about 15 minutes trying to adjust something that doesn't look it can be adjusted.
I have a 98 V6. As far as I know it still has the V6 throttle body on it..as far as I know.
Any other ideas?
