I am always the pessimist but you really shouldn't give that much info online.
I have 2 daughters and fear what some creeps are thinking all the time.
Not to mention there has been some seriously shady individuals posting on here in the last few months.
Sorry to sound so fatherly but I had to speak my peace.
Hope you get what you want for it, sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
