 Subject: no fast idle again

I changed the IAC and got a fast idle that wouldnt quit with the engine warm(2000rpm). So I reset the PCM and I am back to no fast idle.When cold it idles aound 400rpm and misses.Any other ideas??? new plugs, wires,, distributor cap and fuel filter already put in.

What plugs are you using ?
I had similar problem with the Autolites, my truck would idle at 500 rpm real smooth then when you would punch it I got a stumble. I changed back to the Champions and the stumble was gone and my idle was back to 600 rpm.
I think the plugs were to cold for stock ignition ?
