I just got my supercharger on..... took all of an hour and a half!... BUT... i am still waiting for a stock air hat :-(
i believe 5pnt9luv is gonna let me borrow his until i can get a new one (possibly an aluminum one). Everything went in very easily but i noticed with the v6 you have to do a little banging on the fender well to get the supercharger in place and you cant relocate the computer (didnt want to anyways). I just ran one elbow and the filter off of the s/c... not the whole flex hose. Will get pictures up soon...
oh man i am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i will be a little slower but i am not so much interested in the track right now....finally got it on..... geez... it only took me two hours and the directions say it would take 4.5! hehehe
but it sure sounds really cool... like an old roots style blower, everybody looks at me when i drive by.

well its on...but y dont u have a air hat? did u break yours? a lil slower lol......and everybody thinks i have a turbo on mine b/c the tb spacer whistles.....i just let them think that if there that dumb to believe it =)

my brother threw my old hat away.... but i just got one from 5pnt9luv and this thing ROCKS!!!!
its as about as powerful as the 75 shot of nitrous... but i dont have to hit a button... it so much fun that i got pulled over on the way home from working on it.... 15 over the limit. No ticket though, nice to know the law in the areas!
i think i am gonna make an intercooler for it and fab up some hoses for it.... sweet!

its a powerdyne!... it is suppose to have a 9 lb pulley on it. The guy told kris that it had a 6 and a 9 with it and the 9 was on it.... but there is only one pulley with it....
i am gonna look further into it and see what i can to make this thing more effecient

hey greg...come on by the shop and i'll give you a hell-uv-a-deal on my old Powerdyne goodies. (You know...10# pulley, auxillary belt tensioner pulley, etc.)

SpeedTweaks actually has one of the better pricings for blowers. They are much cheaper than most places I have looked.

JD, you can find ANYTHING for a fraction of what a company sells it for. you just have to look in the right places or have "hook ups" for example, i got my rims for $500, tires for free, almost had a painted cowl hood for $200, guages for $50, steel rollpan for $70, and the list goes on.
for thoes who pay retail, speedtweaks has some good prices.
