I have a '99 3.9. Lately after it sits overnight, when I start it the next morning the engine will idle fairly rough and when I give it some gas it will hesitate a bit. After a minute or two everything is ok. Any suggestions on what may be causing this?? Will replacing the injectors possibly solve this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Well I am thinking about switching out the injectors anyway. So if that will fix the problem then that would be great. Just don't really want to spend the extra money on one thing if the problem may be somewhere else.

The Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) controls your idle via the PCM signal. If it's never been cleaned that would be a cheap starting point, go tot Speedtweaks -- tips 7 tricks for details on cleaning or get a shop manual.
