Message: who cares about a 3.7. like every one tells me...dont buy a v6 dak and expect a fast truck. I wanna see the 4.7 HO and the 5.7 Hemi(w/ AWD..drool)
dodge has so many V8s laying around.. why don't they make a car to compete with mustangs?? any of their engines would be fine 4.7 5.9 5.7 what ever all dodge has is a low production ridiculously fast car that no one can afford. they need a $20,000 to $35,000 sports car. i dont understand why they dont have one. just the stratus R/T which is cool but not that cool. neon SRT 4 sounds nice but a V8 one would be cool

Message: Unfortunately, it wasnt even a Dodge..it was a Mitsudinky...so it really doesnt count.
Dodge IS however coming out with the CHARGER, with the new Hemi under the hood. It should REALLY smoke some Rustangs and Slowmaros.
LONG LIVE THE CHARGER!!!

Message: Nissan does have the 3.5L V6 with that much HP but it isn't in a truck.
Look at the motor they have in the plastic frontier. It has 210 HP WITH a blower on it!
What the hell is up with that? What's it running like 1lb of boost?
Nissan should weigh a hell of a lot less with all that damn plastic.

Message: My '98 3.9 5 speed ran rings around my '04 3.7 5 speed. I now have to downshift going up hills on the Interstate. It feels like it's misfiring between 1500 and 2500 rpm under load. Dealer says 'they're all like that'. The '98 had 112,000 miles on it, and I thought I'd get something new for when I retire. Should have kept the '98 3.9 and put a few bucks into it. Of course, my dealer's service department leaves a lot to be desired. 5 star should be *&%$#. By the way, I have a degree in Automotive Engineering!
