Well I did it. Ive been watching people post War stories for a long time so here is mine. Last night I was on my way home from The ER where my Girlfriends Mom was,And I see this Ranger Fly by me W/ those DUMB as hell Flashing lights on his valve stems. and some neons inside. He is a red neck I notice as I get beside him. Any way he is rev here and rev there. When we come to a stop light I have not looked over at him Because I did not want to be blinded by the Gay ass neons in his Truck (sorry all Gay people I dont even think you would do that)Any way the light turns Green and were off Through 1st we were about even I was not giving it every thing, But When I hit Second I just pulled away leaving him sitting I laughed as he pulled back up Reving his motor up some more, But I was done Did not feel like I really Proved any thing (other than 3.0 Rangers Suck. LOL Any way There is my kill story. :) enjoy

I had pretty much the same experience this morning on the way to work, except a) no dumb@$$ valve stem flashies, and b) the 3.0 was lifted about 5 inches. One of the silliest things I ever saw. He revved his engine at me, and even though I have a bone stock 3.9L, he HAD to know that his truck wasn't exactly going to run neck and neck with mine. But he kept going, and so when the light turned green I stomped on it and pulled away from him. Wasn't too hard to do. Since I'm bone stock, I only go for the easy kills right now. :-)
Current mods: A MUFFLER. That's it. (For now.)
Future mods: Tonneau cover
Underdrive pulleys
Removal of clutch fan
K&N FIPK
17" rims
And much, much more.....

good for you millhouse. I have never raced a ranger on the street but i did race one at the 1/8th mile track. I know that it was a V6 but now sure if it was the 4.0 or the 3.0..... either way i ran a 9.2 and he ran like a 11.5 or something. I was seriously ahead of him by about 7-10 car lengths. But then again it was just a normal race and wasnt some punk-b!tch revving his coffee can at me.

Yeah it was Fun, I never Challenge I just take em every know and then.Im pretty sure his was a 3.0 Because it was a RC and they dont make may 4.0 RC. Any way all you KC guys he was on north oak if you pull up beside him im sure you will know what im talking about
