Message: Greetings All.
My truck dies when I try to start it if the
engine is warm, if I let it sit for an hour or
so it'll start fine. The only way i can keep it
running when it's hot is to start it, then quickly
drop it into gear. It idles fine and seems to
run ok when I can get it to stay running. It also
idles fine when I stop and put it into park.
The only thing I can think of is that the engine
is flooded.
Anybody else have an idea or solution? I have a
'97 CC 3.9 V6 with about 68000 miles.
Thanks for the help.
