With everybodys positive input regarding the v8 throttle body i have a little question. Speedtweaks offers the "factory" tb for $220 but they also have the Fastman "modified" tb for $275. Which one should I consider getting? What exactly does Fastman mean by "modified"? Thanks!

Factory TB = $220
Fastman TB = $250
APS TB = $275
Flometrics = $400

That's "Mild to Wild"

For the Fastman TB, you'd have to send them your TB as a core exchange once you swapped them out. Fastman bores out the stock TB, installs thinner butterflies and butterfly shaft. He also removes the torque steps on the top of the TB. I modified my V8 TB in the same fashion. Doesn't look at pretty, but very functional. I have pictures upon request. If anything, get the stock V8 TB kit from SpeedTweaks. If you're adventurous like I am, do your own modifications and save yourself some money.
