Subject: Volant & V8 TB Compatibility IP: Logged
Message: hey ya'll.. i'm new to this board and its nice to see all us v6 heads helpin' each other out.. i just have a ?uestion about the v8 tb.. i just finished installing my volant intake (part# 26952) and now i want to swap the v6 tb with the v8.. does anybody know if it will work or will i have to modify the hat (somethin' i don't want to do)? thanks in advance..

Message: The V8 & V6 TB are the same in overall diameter,
only the bores are different. So, no problem with
your intake.

researching an engine swap next year, but for now
I'm really happy with what we can do to make our
sixers faster. I still think the best bang for the
buck was the V8 TB conversion.
