The 3.9L will -never- sound like a Big Block V8 do to the fact that it is an odd-fire engine. You can make it rumble, but it will sound just a bit... well, I guess smaller than a V8. That said, mine sounds pretty good with the F-ed up muffler it's got on it... (Blew the rear welds on it somehow...)

Flowmaster 40's sound good, but not like a big block. Maybe you could mount some speakers under the hood and play a cd of a big block engine? I saw something similar on a ricer site. It's a speaker and sound generator that you mount under the hood to make it sound like you have a turbo!

And if you combine the turbo speaker with lotsa stickers, you will gain at least 50 HP!!
