i have a 99,3.9 4x4 with the 31's and ext cab.just wondering if anyone has the gas mileage on this truck.i get 17mpg on 90 octane in the city.allso wondering if my truck is supposed to be so slow of the line.if i mat it it crawls to about 40k then starts to liven up.is this normal?i have had the truck only 5 months and thier was snow around most of the time so i couldn't try it out on a hot day till recent.i only have 37000k on it.last thing i idle a little rough,nothing to worry about to much but i think it should be smooth.
