Message: You're more likely to be in the mid-15's. High 14's is hard without extra boost/gears/nitrous...or a combination of those (along with the bigger TB).
You'll need some intake manifold work, head work, cam (got a grind for the blower V6's), and a much better air filter than the 339CFM K&N supplied with the Powerdyne kit. (The blower will pull 850CFM...why they put a 339CFM filter on there is beyond me. Powerdyne has been made aware of this and is in the process of fixing their f--kup.)

Message: If you compare identical sizes, they all flow within 2% of each other. That's not a big gain to be worried about.
However, the S&B Filters do have a slight advantage due to the "bell" used on the BigMouth filters (velocity style entry ont eh S&B vs. a flat base on the K&N which causes turbulencs).

Message: I'd love to get my 6 running in the 14s but i realistically think it would be cheaper to get an 8 and supercharge it instead, bolt on the sc and be done with it
i've done the jba headers, hi flow cat, better exhaust and muffler, computer chip, better air intake, F&B throttle body, 50 series 17" tires, 180 thermo and I still only run 17.6 in my 99 2wd club cab, depressing
