Message: I had to do this to my friends Ponatic Aztec. All you have to do is go to your local Best Buy, Circuit City, or Radio Shack and ask for a line level to rca convertor. If I'm not mistaken it shouldnt cost to much more than $20 if even. Than just simpialy run your rcas from there to your amp. Easy stuff. And you can run the comvertor off any speaker in the truck.

Message: I think before you buy an amp you should buy a better stereo w 4v outs and gold plated Your head unit will make a big change in the sound. and you the converter will really drop out the sound. I noticed a big change when I went from the JVC kd-lx10 to the JVC-SH99 A lot clearer and I love my MP3s For all you out there including dealers that dont like JVC you losing my bussiness they have never failed me. Any way there are also a lot of great brands out there but I would buy a new one for sure.

Message: this all depends on what you are looking to do with the system if just wanting more bass this is the way to go. if you want to compete then most definetly get a new deck my choice is a pioneer 7300 but the 6300 has a lot of the same fetures. hope this makes it an easier desision.
99dakota pioneer/fosgate hit 136.7db's with 2 10"subs. outlaw(windows open 140.5db's not to bad for 10's
