Message: Does anyone know how to remove staines from the factory wheels? It looks like tire sealent or something.

mine as well as everyone else i know gets it on there dakota's too.
You just need some brake dust cleaner.
the best I've found is Meguiar's.
just spray it on and wipe it off.
works great

Message: It might also be grease from a zerk fitting. Check to see if the boot is not ripped or damaged. If you have painted wheels use a paint cleaner or cleaning wax. If you have chrome wheels use some glass cleaner.
