Is the dynomax cat back system worth the money to get for a 2000 QuadCab V6 3.9L 5 Speed. Will there be any increase in power and how does it sound. Any other info would be great.

Save your money on the CatBack and just change the muffler, then do some intake work (k&n, Airaid etc...)and swap out the stock TB for a 48mm V8 TB.
Then you will see some kick in the pants on your V6'er
