 Subject: Whats so special about FMS Injectors?

i have a set of 24# FMS injectors that i got for free... now i have heard that they are better because of the four spray holes as aposed to one big one resulting in better atomization or whatever...
when i took apart my girls alero i noticed that the fuel injectors have six... count that SIX holes in each injector... should we be trying to get AC Delco injectors?...

The FMS injectors are flow matched. The stockers aren't.

the old style fms injectors pre 2001 applications I beleive are flow matched with in 2% of each other..the newer ones are even closer..the stocks are said to vary as much as 30% between them

well even with their 4 holes, and flow matched capibilities, i didnt notice squat from mine. unless your stocks are clogged up, i would save my cash.

no... i am not saying i am buying them... like i said, i already have 8 fms 24# injectors i got for free. havent put them on because it will be part of the turbo project. I was just wondering the benefits of them... i dont think many of us know the flow match of most stock injectors.. they say they can be soooo far off but who knows... i am just saying maybe these g.m. ones are good... if not even better.
