First and foremost, thank you to all, with any knowledge or input on my question.
Recently purchased this Dakota to haul trash and use around the property. I am not highly concerned with what's going on, but more so curious.
Truck runs great, shifts great. 180,000 plus miles.
The issue at hand is the Transmission sort of high pitch whines in 1st-3rd gear and 5th gear really faint. In 4th gear the whine is non existent.
I can tell the throw out bearing is probably going south, its just strange how in 4th its quite as can be. Any input is greatly appreciated.
