Message: trying to help my cuz. his 2000 Dakota 3.9 wont start. after trail and error found no fire from coil. we got fire to the coil but none coming out. tried three coils with same result. can anyone tell me how much voltage should be going to the coil for it to fire properly? also what regulates the voltage to the coil? working with a flashlight in the dark so we left it til tomorrow
