Subject: BCM Replacement IP: Logged
Message: 2003 Base Cab w/3.9 - Problem with losing headlights intermittently. Problem has gotten worse with no headlights in some cases. Seems to be linked to temperature. When cold everything works OK, but as temperature in cab increases the frequency of headlight failure increases.
Based on other similar forum entries, I think the body control module has failed and needs to be replaced. Can anyone confirm my diagnosis? Thanks.

Message: Follow-up to my earlier posting. Replaced the BCM with a unit from salvage. Everything seems to be working just fine now so I assume the old BCM was going bad.
