i jst had some work done on my 93 dodge dakota and
now my oil pressure is almost topped out when im
runnin about 70-80 miles an hr it really worries
me but my mechanic sed it was normal...am i being
yanked around here or wht cuz it kinda feels like
it

That is to much pressure. No circulation going through the motor. She gonna blow!

Put a mechanical gauge on your engine temporarily
and check the oil pressure.
Sending units can fail.
