 Subject: Radiator Valve?

I have an 02 V6 and I'm trying to locate where the radiator valve is so I can drain and re-fill. I've been told its on the driver side but I cannot see anything because of the plastic shroud covering the bottom of the radiator. If the shroud has to come off I'd appreciate some tips on removing it. Thx>>AJ

It's on the driver side. Look good. You should see what looks
like a little pipe pointing straight down. The valve should be
right above it.
