I have a 93 Dakota V6 4x4 5speed LE. It has 152000 miles. I love the truck! I've had it for 4 years and it's been awesome. Its very dependable and never stranded me anywhere. It gets pretty good gas mileage (19 MPG). I will be leaving for 2 years and can't decide to sell the truck or store it for the 2 years. There's not really anyone who can drive it for me while I'm gone. I do have access to store it in a garage while I'd be gone. But I'm just not sure what to do.
What are your thoughts? Should I keep it? Sell it? Will the truck be worth anything someday? Any input would help me make my decision. Thanks!

Mitch: If it will cost you to store then it isnt worth holding on to. Regardless 2 years in storage for a high mileage vehicle isnt good on the vehicle. A 93 isnt worth much now if you sell but you may save yourself some significant bucks to get it running and road worthy in 2 years. I have an 02 with 165,000 miles and if I dont rund it every day it will run rough when sitting for several days. Will you be able to afford a newer vehicle when you return. If the answer is yes, I'd sell it.>>AJ

Thanks for the input AJ. Lots of great points in there. It wouldn't cost me anything for storage, but I know it wouldn't be doing any good sitting for that long. Thanks!
