Well it looks like Volant beat K&N to the punch with a V6 Carb approved(I'm in California)intake.

I've had my 4.7 Volant tube for over a year..... guess I never looked for CARB approval. Hmmmm. Guess Georgia isn't too concerend with visual inspections. I can say that it was a really nice investment, though. Impressive for a little start-up company.

Just checked out the website and thought that looks pretty good. Might even consider taking off my homebrew set up and going with that.
Bernd, couldn't seem to find prices on their website for this....is this something that you are going to sell?

Yes...we will be carrying the Volant intake systems within the next 30-45 days. The Volant intakes have normally been close to the K&N Gen-II Intake prices ($230-$280 range depending on year/make/model) and would think that the V6 version would be about the same as the V8 version (no big differences except on tube length).

hey Bernd, I see youre going to seel the Volant intakes, I wanted to know between the KN Gen 2 and the Volant, for my V6, which one would be better?
