Message: Could be fuel pump could be clogged cat on. Hard to say
without actually checking it. Check fuel pressure and exhaust.

Message: To do an easy check on the condition of the cats, first look at your catalytic converters after running for 10-15 minutes. If they seem to be glowing let the exhaust cool and pull the upper O2 sensor. If cat is plugged, or there is some other obstruction, doing this will give a free path and make it rev higher.
