I am about to purchase tires and wheels for my stock 03 Dakota. no lift, nothing done to the suspension, would the wheels and tires fit? I do not want to buy if they don't fit.

If your truck came with 16" wheels then no they will not clear
the rotors. In '02 they used larger rotors on the Daks along
with 16" wheels.

First you can't put a 15 inch tire on a 16inch wheel. If you meant putting 15 inch wheels and tires replacing the 16's then like daddio said it won't fit.
