 Subject: Trans Flush?

All: 2002 DAK CC 4x4 just turned 123K miles. Have dropped the pan and changed filter and fluid about 4 times in that span. Fluid looks red not pink so I'm wondering if a trans flush is warranted to keep the tranny from failure. Dropping the pan only changes about 6 quarts of fluid. Dealer quoted $199 for the flush. No filter change, that would be extra. Just like to get thoughts on whether I should do the service or leave it alone. Thx>>AJ
