my light is back on after getting turned off.
what else can cause the light to keep coming on??

Many reasons why the CEL can be lit. It will continue to stay on until your correct the problem. A little info about the vehicle in question would allow us to help you.
By the way, what is a "cad"?

CAD = Computer Aided Design. I don't know of any Dakota that comes with such software.

Catalytic Converter is less then a 1 year old
went to autozone and
Catalyst efficiency low bank 1
explanation
the oxygen sensors monitor the catalytic converters ability to store oxygen
probable causes
1 catalytic converter defective (failure possibly due to #2,3 or 4
2 engine misfire or running condition
3 large vacuum leak
4 engine oil leakage into exhaust-value guile seals, piston rings

narrowed to problem down,went to DEQ code 420 converter.
took to place who replaced converter and they said air/gas mixture was off.
one said 1.5 and the other 2.5 not sure which was air or gas.
they said one of them should read 0 or neg so its off.
99 club cab,3.9 liter 4x4 truck i have
