Driving on a road to work this morning
minden my own business(doing only 5 over
and not 10) i see a Red Gen II dak
aproaching quick(10-15 mph over limit)

Anyways... When he got next to me( I noticed
the v6 badge) so i punched quick like and then he followed. Then i see him drop gear in to fourth(guessing) and so i floor it and turn off the O/D.

We started at 75 mph and stayed neck and neck
(me barely pullin away, barely) until we
hit 98 and his limited kicked in! (ahh ha! mine
shuts off at 110mph) Then right when i started
pullin away we both slowed down to normal speed.

Then we finaly made it out of the two lane
road out of BFE or the sticks, and came to a light
I reved, he reved. Light turned green and i had
the jump and it stayed that way the whole way up to 55mph (the limit).

So hats off to the GEN II people, I think
he was stock except for the duals. But you
could never tell i have mods except the duals.

splattin bugs at 100 mph with the gen II doin the same right next to me........

now you know thats..................

hey 1flamered...do you have the mopar pcm in your truck? My old 93 would shut down a 5200rpm before i changed out the computer. I never hit the limiter in that truck with the pcm and had run it at 6000 a few times by accident. I had also hit 115 in 4th gear..didnt have enough room to grab 5th...

15.2@97???? somethings wrong there, should be at about 89 or 90 mph in your truck,

Your Correct for some reason i typed 97mph it was 92mph as for the ECM yes i have the Mopar SBEC controller and the factory Tach is that accurate so i assumed it was 5700 rpm
