Message: Badly worn or broken Synchros. The causes, hard launches and little to no maintenance. You may be able to rebuild it depending on parts availability and you skill set. You may be better off finding a used low miles tranny. I you are determined to rebuild it, find a service/ shop manual for the trans and also better than factory original parts if available.
