99 dak's just thrown a P0420 (Catalyst System Low Efficiency). Does that mean I need to replace the catalytic converter? Due for NJ emissions inspection in April...so I need to take care of this soon.

If your region of NJ has the same emission count law as most North eastern States it will fail. Go to Rock auto .com they have the best prices.. Good luck...
