Message: Could be a failing fuel pump, that leaks down pressure overnight. As a quick test, turn the key to ON and leave it a few seconds, then to start. If it starts faster, it may be a fuel pressure problem, which would require a new pump.

Message: Yep, Lincolns right, it's most likely ur regulator.
U have to replace the whole assembly. When u drop the tank
moe sure you don't hang the harness. And also make sure
that tank is near empty.

Message: Actually, there is a check valve at the fuel pump to keep the system pressurized when the fuel pump is off. It is probably leaking back.
Try Bob's idea but, you'll have to turn the key to on about 2 or 3 times to pressurize the system then try to start it. The fuel pump will cutoff after about 3-5 seconds until the PCM sees that the ignition is working before it will keep the fuel pump running.
