That's ur PVC valve.
I just replaced mine, the old one was super stuck on there.
Ya just gotta yank out a little.
And wen u put a new one on, u will notice it clicking or makin
a sound when the truck is running, but that's cause it's new,
eventually it does go away when it gets a Lil more dirty.
It's the one on the driver side, don't pull te one that connects
to the air intake, pull the one that connects to the manifold
right under the throttle body.
