 Subject: Vacuum reading

I got a 93. 3.9 l. With 238k on it. I tested vacuum at several
points and got a consistent 15. Is this a normal reading? The
truck misfires alot and fouls plugs with carbon fairly quickly.
Im just checking everything out on it. The egr tube is broken
as well.

Fix the EGR tube and check for codes. 15"Hg does sound a low but maybe that's because of the mileage. Is it using any oil?

No. It dosent burn oil. Compression check is good as well.
Just replaced all gaskets in top of motor. Only code it throws
is " oxygen sensor stuck at lean"

Seems you need to change that O2 sensor .
