Message: you need a tap/dye set i think. drill a small hole centered on the bolt. then tap a reversing thread into the bolt, then put a new bolt into that one and rotate that bad boy out, maybe use 2 nuts to get some leverage on it.
is the bolt sheered off clean with the head? when did the bolt sheer off, when you were taking the stock ones out or when you were tightening the new ones down?

Message: It was when i was tightning the new ones it was my last go-around before starting it up. I got two types of easyouts new bit and a really cheap drill (mine is at my girlfriends 75 miles away GRRRR) now i'm just waiting for the engine to cool and the drill to charge
I also got some "grade 8" bolts are these stronger then the JBA ones that apparently suck

Message: i don't know about the strength of the bolts. hey im doing the install this weekend, i got the same deal at the same time that you did. anyways i was just thinking of leaving the stock bolts in place and throwing the jba one away, are the bolts the same size Geoff? might save me some time anyway? and how long did the install take you, minus the broken bolt problem?

Message: NO the stock hardware is totally different there are studs as well as bolts, and they would be way too long. without the bolt problem i would guess about three hours. Start putting non-flammable liquid wrench on the bolts studs and y-pipe attachment point. Everything went REALLY smooth the P/S was rusted to the Y-pipe connection so i doused it in liquid wrench and waited a while it popped right off. i did use two of the stock studs to assist me in lining up the headers and the gaskets made that part really easy. Both y-pipe connections matched up within 1/4 inch (i was worried about that sisnce i was alone) except for breaking off that bolt at the very end it was a snap and very satisfying. oh yeah be careful on the D/S when tightning up the very rear bolt i slipped and discovered that there is something VERY sharp back there. Just to make sure i checked that sharp thing TWICE ouch LOL
Good luck

Message: The new bolts should not be has hard as the old bolts to do. Old exhaust bolts are allmost allways crystalized in the head from the heating/cooling cycles. If you take out the inner fender liners you have almost a straight shot with a drill and a tap tp get most of the bolts out.

Message: sounds like your tighting them a little to much
30 35 foot pounds is all that is needed than
re tighten them a few times in the next 1000 miles
and they will be fine
