what theoretically speaking would happen if you relocate iat near or around a/c cold side would it cause the computer to dump more fuel into the engine or what anybody thought of this?

Near the A/C? You mean the lines, condenser, or actually in the vents?
Be carefull...too cold isn't a good thing in many cases.
