1391 is a crank or cam sensor signal problem.

I've called all the local auto parts places and they don't show a cam sensor for my truck.

For the crank sensor removal, some say remomve the passenger side front wheel and inner fender and you can see it plain as day on the back of the engine.

On, my '00 2wd/ 5spd QC, I just crawled under there found the crank sensor and removed it without jacking anything up or removing anything else.

I will have to pull the tire and fender well. You can't get to it from the top and the exhaust is in the way from the bottom. Thanks alot...
