 Subject: 2005 Dakota seat belt constant dinging

Man, I need help...have an '05 Dakota that first lost the cruise function, and now the seat belt indicator light and dinger for the passenger seat are both on constantly. Is this a BCM issue, which of course is my greatest fear?!?!

the seat sensor could be bad check the connectors under the seat wiggle them see if it stops if not get you a haynes and check the sensors ohms if not it may be bcm but usually there would be more problems
