 Subject: 1.7 rockers for sale

I have a used set of crower 1.7 rockers with
10,000 miles on them for sale cheap V6
All studs lock nuts and washers included in org
box.
Make me an offer these sell for around $400 new
They add 18hp and 20 to 25 torque at the rear
wheels a nice improvement very noticeable after
you let the computer adjust 250 miles
Just get the cam on base circle and give them
3/4 turn from 0 lash but you do have to mod the
valve cove baffles to clear them a 2x4 and a
hammer works well than just hold them down
by hand turn motor over with fuel pump relay
removed to be sure nothing is hitting with gasket
After the instal alow at least a half hour for
the lifter to bleed down
Back in the day these were the only ones
avalible they were actualy desined for the viper
V10 untell we all found out they work on the V6
than crower begain selling the V6 sets
These are not for the novis they do requier
adjusting during install and we have run these
rockers in many trucks over 100,000 miles and
they still looked like new all stainless steel
the strongest 1.7 stud rocker out there
A great upgrade also helps gas mileage 1 to 2mpg
on the V6 excellent if you have a bigger throttle
body installed
The throttle body and rockers are the 2 best
upgrades for the V6

03 I think was the last year for the 3.9

I am sure everyone know this but Larry is a first class guy. I installed the rockers I got from him after about 7 phone calls. He was patient and very helpful. The truck is a differnt animal now. Very smooth and you can definitly tell the diference. It took a few miles like Larry said. I am very happy. Now I need a shift kit in the tranny. You can really feel how sloppy it is when you put some more HP in front of it.
