Message: I came across this diagnostic product online called OBDCOM. Essentially, its a cable that connects OBDII to a Laptop. There's also some software that comes with it and you load it onto your laptop. It claims to be able to effectively read and clear diagnostic trouble codes. It seems to be fairly easy to use and relatively cheap (under $90). Anyone hear of it or use it?

Message: There are quite a few products like that out there on the webz. Some do both OBD and OBDII. Just make sure the software will run on your laptop and that a cable is included that connects to the OBD port and the laptop. I've seen them anywhere from under $100 to about $300.
Also, make sure with your purchase that it will include future upgrades to the software just in case there are revisions in the future.

NC 4x4...I stumbled across it at www dot obdcom dot com.
And no...I don't represent the company or it's product in any way shape or form. I'm just a curious customer who like to research products before I buy.
