Message: Clutch pedal disengaging close to floor and fluid on master cyl. Purchased new assembly from Mopar. Slave cyl is not attached to rest of components. What do I need to know to install? Is the line fitting at slave cylinder just a push on? If so, no bleeding required? I've heard that I should leave the strap across the rod on slave cylinder. It stays in place and will fall harmlessly out of the way the first time pedal is pushed. Is this true?
