Subject: Front End on Dakotas IP: Logged
Message: I have been wanting to get around a 2007 Dodge Dakota but I keep hearing from multiple sources they have a lot of front end issues. IS this true? I would prefer a Toyota truck but Dodge is a lot less expensive. I do not want to buy a dakota and end up kicking myself because I have to throw money down the drain to fix issues.

Message: If you really want a toyota, and I can't for the life of me understand why, buy it. Sounds like you've made your mind up already. My '00 Dak has 130K on it and the upper ball joints were replaced under an extended warranty. Other than that I've never even had to get a front end alignment.
