Ok...I'm about to go mad. I just replaced the front brake pads on my 99 dak and everytime I tap on the brakes..SQQQUUUEEEAAAAKKKKK!!! Like the sound goes right thru my brain. Temperature doesn't influence this....breaks squeak hot or cold. What can I do to remedy this?
Please help.

Did you use any brake grease on the sliders and back of the pads? If not, you're asking for the "squeaks".

Daddio...I sprayed the backs of the pads with some red spray which I had to let dry for about 10 minutes. What are the sliders?
I did not turn the rotors down when I did the last brake job. Could this have something to do with it....or its it just no grease?
