Message: I got a 1999 3.9 L with about 150,000 miles.Over the last year or so, it's been having some fits and starts, kinda coughing, backfiring, hesitating, especially when it's cold and going up a hill. Doesn't last long, maybe ten seconds at most. Seems to be getting worse. Any thoughts?
