Subject: rollpan, good or bad? IP: Logged
Message: i just put on a new rear chrome stepbumper
and then decided to tow a boat. Well turns
out the trailer was made for a reese hitch
or such and it put two gashes in my NEW bumper!
so i was wondering if i should go with a roll
pan since there cheaper then a new bumper.
any ideas?

Message: Well i like the way they look but here is the bad part, I live in the City and if i get hit from behind i only mess up my bumper, if i had a roll pan there goes a whole lot more damage, also if you like to back in to parking spots, i dont recomend a roll pan, to me my rear bumper is very important, after all it is a truck. I would stick with the bumper on the back.

Message: yeah... i got hit from behind in a drive through with mine... right after i painted it.. $2200 in damage in a drive throughh.... so i just went to my grandfathers and built my own metal rolled pan
