Any dealer ought to be able to do that for a (what they call) minimal fee. Why are you changing the ECU?

Very unlikely that it is the ECU .
More probable - speed sensor
depending on year may be at tail of transmission
or may be on top of rear axle centre piece .
Codes will not necessarily tell you this part ..
