 Subject: 97 3.9 lower end torqe specs

Hi,I have looked through about 20 pages in previous post and couldnt find anything.Sorry if this has been posted before.
I'm looking for the torqe specs for the rods,mains and oil pump.Thanks for the help in advance!

From an '01 FSM:
Main Bearing Cap Bolts - 85 Ftlbs.
Connecting Rod Cap Bolts - 45 FtLbs.
Oil Pump Mounting Bolts - 30 Ftlbs.

Thank you tons! But holy cow!! 85 ft lbs. for the mains WOW!! sbc are usually at 65 :)
Could i possibly reconfirm this?

I guess you could call a local dealers service dept. 85ftlbs. is what I read.
