 Subject: 93 3.9L troubles

Looking 4 help.It's a 93 3.9L engine hard starts and cuts out. will idle fine for a few moments then cuts out. cuts out when rpms are raised as well. when it occurs it runs extremely rough with no responce then dies. excllent fuel pressue. Tachometer has quit working should I investigate the distributer. has progessivly gotten worse. would really appreciate your help THANKS GUYS!!!

check ur codes
check aic
remove distrib cap and crank motor, watch the rotation of the
rotor
it must turn clock wise and not pause
check splices under the hood ( 4-7 inches from the relay box
asd)
as for your tach, i replaced my tach module (twice) and ecm,
cleaned out the contacts and got it to work, it didnt last long
something in the circuit board?

First - how are spark plugs ?
Next - possible coil going bad = spark shorting out = need to replace coil .
