 Subject: Engine Surge @ Low RPM???

Just replaced distributer cap, rotor, and wires with Borg warner and JBA 9mm wires. Checked connections and proper wire connections, all's well. Anybody know what else it could be???

By the way, It only happens in while gears are engaged and not while in Park or Neutral.
